To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, with the seal intact, and in the same condition as received. Any opened boxes will not be eligible for a return.

Certain items are non-returnable. Please verify that your purchase is not a final sale item.

How to Initiate a Return:

Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.

Refund Process:

Refunds will be processed within five (5) business days of receiving the returned item.

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items:

Restocking Fee:

A restocking fee of 10% may apply to certain returns. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
